2. Use of the Website

3. Purchases, Payments & Rights
3.1 Transactions: All transactions on the website, including the purchase and sale of vocal tracks, are governed by these Terms.

3.4 Refunds: All sales are refundable as long as they meet the requirements of our Refund Policy Here.

3.5 Rights & Permissions: All vocals and tracks on our Website with the exception of vocals under the cover vocal license grant Users 100% rights and ownership of both the sound recording (master) and the composition (publishing) to use in creating a New Song. Users are only to use the vocals or tracks for purpose of creating or releasing a New Song. Users are not allowed to resell the content or any part or aspect of the content to 3rd party for the purpose of recreating any other audio content using the content or aspects of it.

3.6 Clearance: All vocals on our Website that are sold under the cover vocal license are works created by 3rd party songwriters. Vocal Deals does not hold any claim on the composition rights for vocals under the cover vocal license therefore, Users are required to obtain a mechanical license in order to distribute New Songs made with cover vocals to any or all online streaming platforms on their own terms, in accordance with the law and accepted standards and procedures for obtaiining clearance in the music industry. Vocal Deals does not issue mechanical licenses. Users are also required on their own terms, in accordance with the law and accepted standards and procedures for obtaiining clearance in the music industry, to obtain all other appropriate forms of clearance for purposes in order to exploit the New Song created with the cover vocal outside the purpose of distributing to streaming platforms.
